Time Management

"Improving your time management starts with your commitment to take action."

  • For one week, record how you currently spend your time and challenge anything that is a time waster.
  • Turn your standard daily tasks into habit-forming practices, by incorporating and following a scheduled routine for each. This not only does this streamline your activies; thereby saving you time, but it also creates consitancy. And a steady routine will also aid in your ability to "feel" when you have skiped a step in your established schedule.
